Helens Chamber Health and Safety Forum
The Chamber’s Health and Safety forum presented
another successful event covering the topics of Corporate
Manslaughter and the new Smoke Free legislation.
The
smoke free legislation will come into effect at 6.am
on the 1st July 2006 and Diane Coysh from the Primary
Care Trust informed the forum of some of the steps businesses
will need to take in order to comply. Assistance is
available from the PCT to develop policies as well as
smoking cessation support. Click here

to the forum on emerging details of the Corporate Manslaughter
Bill which included a health and safety briefing for
